give me land//lots of land//and the starry//skies above//don't fence me in//
---"Don't Fence me In"

Bartender, I'll take a...

Hiroshima and tonic

while i'm spearing britney's palms

we had to start a war and

we had to drop a bomb

that killed the prisoners

and burned all the moms.

We bombed out the city down to

hot white ash

we melted down their homes

and left them only trash.

Army brats are special

soilder's wives are nice

we fed the prisoners nothing

but hot water and rice a roni's

sharecropped by the viet kong

we called agent orange in to drop

the little bomb

on all the asians and the asians died

the soilders they came home to lose

their sense of pride and and money

they couldn't pay the rent

Nixon took it all and

he spent and spent and spent.

Tortures for the young at heart

that is what i meant

pile up all the bodies and don't forget to vent

about your problems, you really aren't at fault

you just did what you were told, the armys not a cult.

Lucky mister congressman you don't have to fight

so you'll send her johnny off into the cold night

right into the desert

and when he comes back home

he'll have a taste for alcohol

and he'll lose his home.

Johnny sleeps in trash bins

Johnny just got home

Johnny's wife has left him and

and now he's all alone.

War is really pretty

bombs are really nice

the holocaust had herb girls

gas chambers and *kikes*

dying by the millions

they really had to go

they saw their children die and

even watched them go into the showers

as they choked and died

now there are the people who say it was a

lies are

what we live for

no one knows the truth, the ones

who fight these wars are the dying, crying youth.

time is a teacher

time is a ghost and if you want a war then

rage will be your host.

War is really pretty

War is really keen

nothing we are told

on the news is what it seems.

our soilders in the desert

fight and scream and die

and mothers in the states they scream and cry and cry.

waiting for their boys

they live in constant

fear of target

bombs are special

bombs are very nice

they'll take your little

johnny and put him in a nice

hospital and leave him and call him

back to die when they need him

they might to it again

no one has a heart for the women

or the men.

everywhere we go it

seems we aren't alone

no one likes our bombs

no one likes our wars.

Bush is really happy

george is really nice

he leaves it to the common folk

to die and die and die they know what to do

stretch the dollar

break the family

give give

give me all your money

your hard work and your pride

ill pay you back in promises and cover them with lies.

War is very helpful

war is very fine

war is very bloody

it happens all the time.
